JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor project cost, schedule, performance, milestones, and key events for multiple DTRA RD CIT projects
  • Coordinate with Service and Teragency Program Managers for DTRA RD CIT funded projects to facilitate acquisition strategy to include development, evaluation, fielding, employmentand ultimate transfer to service and interagency partners for lifecycle management
  • Support activities related to the justification, development, execution, and sustainment of DTRA RD CIT capabilities
  • Provide technical portfolio subject matter expertise to support oversight and coordination efforts of assigned projects while identifying and recommending actions to ensure each CIT project meets or exceeds cost, schedule and performance parameters
  • Support development of Alternatives of Analysis (AOA's) and conduct novel market research to support Improvised Threat solutions and Course of Action (COA) generation
  • Assist in preparation of executive level General Oficer/Flag Oficer (GO/FO) briefing presentations in support of informational and decisional authority boards
  • Assist in development of quality acquisition support documentation, staffs and initiates timely workflow actions for sustainable capabilities, warfighter employment and solution protection 
  • Submit weekly/monthly summary of deliverables in support of customer decision making
  • Leverage rapid acquisition policy guidance in support of customer decision making
  • Identify Risk and implement risk mitigation strategies to projects
  • Manage task order contract deliverables and uploads to appropriate databases and repositories
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Education & Experience
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree and more than 15 years of experience or;
  • Bachelor's Degree and more than 20 years of experience.
  • Experience in Program Management is required
  • Experience in Government/DoD acquisition is required
  • PMP Certification is preferred

 

  • Other Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
